1. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please adhere to the following conditions:
Return Timeframe: You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged;
- The item must include all original accessories, tags, and instructions;
- The item must not be installed or used;
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return:
- Please contact our customer service team via email (info@lightingnst.com) with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
- Our customer service team will confirm your return request and provide the return address.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the bank processing time may vary, and it could take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Conditions:
- If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange, including the shipping costs you paid.
- If the item is returned for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
